The Nurtured Body's Current Policies:

In order that your entire experience be as pleasurable and rewarding as possible, we ask that you review the following procedures. While we understand that sometimes unexpected situations can occur, it is necessary that we implement certain policies that help to ensure we are able to service all our respected clients in an efficient and professional manner.

Appointments

The Nurtured Body schedules clients by appointment during the following days and hours, as available:

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 10am-7pm 
Friday & Saturday: 10am-5pm

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals for scheduled appointments will not receive an extension of their service due to other client scheduling, and will be charged the full service fee for time scheduled.  You may downdoad a client intake form to complete prior to your appointment from our website.   Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment time.

Cancelling & Rescheduling:

All appointments are subject to a our cancellation or rescheduling policy. Contacting us after 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 50% fee of the total service amount. Not contacting us at all will result in 100% fee of the total service amount.  These fees must be paid prior to rescheduling any future appointments.  As a reminder, you will be texted or emailed 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.  Please download a copy of our Cancellation & Rescheduling Agreement Policy here, and bring with you to your next appointment.

Payment of Services

Payment of services may be made by cash, personal check, or credit or debit card. A $35 or more fee may be processed on a credit or debit card.  A returned check fee of $25, plus amount of the returned check, will be collected in cash only.

Exchanges & Refunds

We do offer exchanges on retail products within 30 days of the original date of purchase with a receipt. We do not offer cash refunds or store credits on retail products or services.
